What We Offer

PARENT SUPPORT & COACHING

Parenthood is a unique journey—one that can stir memories of your own childhood and bring family patterns to the surface. We work closely with parents and caregivers to deepen their understanding of their child’s emotional world within the context of the family system.

10-week virtual Parent Workshop

This interactive parenting workshop is for parents of children ages 2-6 years old who are looking for support and guidance. Our original curriculum pulls from years of experience and training in early childhood mental health and education. Each week, we will explore a different parenting theme, discuss how it applies to your family, learn important concepts, and offer a new skill. While this is not group therapy, parents will have the opportunity to connect with other caregivers and process the complexities of parenting while learning concrete skills in a supportive setting.

If you are interested in this group, please fill out this form, and we will contact you about upcoming group schedules.

Individualized Parent Coaching

Through individualized parent coaching, we offer support with limit setting, building connection, and creating meaningful family rituals. Our goal is to help you navigate parenthood with greater confidence and nurture a strong, secure bond with your child.

CLINICAL SUPERVISON

For licensed professionals seeking credentialing or growth in the field of play therapy, we offer individual and group clinical supervision. Supervision is provided by Registered Play Therapist Supervisors (RPT-S) with extensive experience in both clinical practice and school based counseling.

PLAY THERAPY

We provide individual play therapy for children using a child-centered approach, and incorporating other interventions as needed. We view children through a developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and attachment-based lens. We are specially trained to support children in expressing themselves, processing big feelings, and building emotional resilience, through a child’s natural language–play!

*We are not currently taking on any new play therapy patients.

THERAPY

As children grow, their needs change—and so does our approach. We offer teletherapy for young adolescents who are transitioning out of play therapy and are ready to engage in talk-based therapy on their own terms. These sessions are ideal for tweens and teens who are seeking support navigating life changes, identity development, and social-emotional challenges. Our goal is to create a space where they feel heard, empowered, and supported as they move through this important stage of growth.
